Dear Friend:

In 2004, our dear Bruce passed away suddenly from cardiac failure. To honor his memory, our family started an endowed scholarship at North Carolina State University, Bruce’s alma mater. Shortly thereafter, we held our first Moose Lowe Golf Outing, which continues to be the primary support for this fund.

This year's outing is Friday, October 15, at Pilot Knob Park Country Club. Thanks to the golfers and many, many friends, we have been able to offer a scholarship each year to one incoming freshman.

We have a very lofty goal - to annually award a scholarship to a freshman, sophomore, junior and senior student. We cannot do this without your generosity and support. As your assistance is essential to keep this fund growing, we are asking you to donate an item or gift certificate, or any donation, large or small, for our silent auction, raffles and door prizes. And, as always, a monetary donation would be greatly appreciated.

All donations are tax deductible as stated by law (in accordance with IRS standards, it is the donor’s responsibility to assign value to the item).
